How can you help out?
You can help out the POWER Program by volunteering, making a donation or applying to become a peer outreach worker.
We always welcome donations to help out our peers especially clothing and hygiene items.  Bring them by the teen clinic Monday-Friday 1PM-5PM.

We Welcome Volunteers!
Volunteers are an important part of this program.  They demonstrate to their peers the importance of HIV prevention and a willingness to help out the community.  Volunteers receive training and an opportunity to assist their peers in the teen clinic.
 
If you would like to be a part of our team we would love to have you.
If you are an energetic, well spoken youth who is interested in making a difference in the community, speaking out about social issues, helping out teens or earning college credit the POWER team might be just who you were looking for:

Become a POWER Team Member!
If you are interested in a fun and exciting job the POWER team would like to meet you. 
It is a part time position that includes staffing the teen clinic, going out to hang out spots in the community and meeting teens and providing them with resources.  There is also an opportunity to conduct prevention based presentations at various facilities within Anchorage.
