Reaching Out to Our Community

We Welcome Volunteers!

Volunteers are an important part of this program.  They demonstrate to their peers the importance of HIV prevention and a willingness to help out the community.  Volunteers receive training and an opportunity to assist their peers in the teen clinic.

There are many areas within the POWER program that always welcome volunteers.  If you are a student (high school, undergraduate or graduate level) or an adult in the community we are interested in your input or assistance.
 
If you would like to be a part of our team we would love to have you. If you are an energetic and well spoken individual who is interested in making a difference in the community, speaking out about social issues, helping out teens or earning college credit the POWER team might be just who you were looking for...
